Does anyone know anything about the new LEZ regulations comming in in January? According to the TFL web site vehicles with a gross weight of over 2500Kg will be affected. My syncro has a gross weight according to it's plate of exactly 2500Kg. Is this in or out of the regs? How many others may be affected(and 2 wheel drive)?
Help!

Re: Low emissions zone
Your not over 2500kgs then. Also, it depends on fuel type. The January regulations cover diesel models.
My doka weighs 1700kgs with tools in, so you must be packing some serious equipment!
There is quite an extensive thread on the LEZ in general chat, and Horns seems to be a good authority on it all.

Re: Low emissions zone
More confusion has been found. Further reading of the TFL website says that it only applies to minibusses with more than 8 seats. If your vehicle is a multivan with only 5 seats is this in or out? wish I'd realised these issues earlier!

I dont see any confusion there ......... Is your vehicle a minibus? Does your vehicle have 8 or more seats?
