when to paint?

Post by JacquiVintage »

Now then, it's coming to the end of the season and I need to get some repair jobs done to the body work on my van. I plan to put it into store over the winter. What do you guys think, get the painting done now before putting it into store or get it done at the end of the winter before I want to take it out of store and use it again.

Can't see it getting any worse over the winter months if it's stored indoors.

Advice please guys. x

I think a lot would depend on what type of paint you are using. I would think its best to try and do it now before the cold & damp days set in and its nice and ready for next year season.

Unless of course you really have to, its not a good idea to lay it up though, these things seem to work much better if used regularly. :ok
