solex automatic choke set up................
ive been looking for a link or some info on setting up off the solex automatic choke, or some info, has anybody got any tips or experience in this field

With a cold engine!.....you should only need to undo the 3 lock screws then turn the choke until round so the flap just closes (remove the airbox+pipes) over the top of the carb and then tighten up the screws (not too tight as they WILL strip!)
fire up and run - or turn on the ignition and leave for about 10-15 mins (you might need to recharge your battery though

thank you very much, ill give this a try when i get the engine back in the van

forgot to mention there is a stepper cam inside the body so you'll also need to open the throttle a bit to set the chokes to close fully
