anyone know where i can find this please?

Looked at wiki but can't see it for looking.

1.6D, watercooled, T25, 1984, 4 speed

crawl under the driverside, just infront of the rear wheel, slide under and look just infront of the driveshaft, nr the gearchange arm, on a flat section moulded into the cooling fins of the box is the code, iirc

Gearbox code is on the left side of the gearbox on the only flat surface there is!

Code is stamped into the flat area - looks like this:

This is a 4 speed Aircooled petrol box but the idea is the same.
