Does anyone know what the exhaust pipe diameters are where the J tubes connect to the exhaust flange on the early waterboxer system?
On my system there's no u-clamps holding the two sections together (I'm talking about where the J tubes from the rear of the block mount to the pipes from the front of the block, just infront of the silencer flange). I want to fit some as it's the MOT tomorrow, one less thing for them to fail it on!
Cheers Dan.

It was leaking a bit as I had to open up the pipe like a flowering plant to get the J tubes out when I did my waterjacket seal.
I managed to get it something like with some oversized jubilee clips and then my local Kwik Fit rather nicely gave me a couple of 42mm U-bolts, which is holding it together nicely. Very nice of them!
It's all good and the van pissed the MOT this morning with no advisories!
