We're thinking of going away next weekend in the van, we haven't used it much this year as I have a new job and work pretty much every weekend (, and are thinking of not going to far from home so think Aberystwyth way could be good. Just wondered if anyone had stayed anywhere near here and could recommend somewhere? We'rre taking a 13yr old and 2yr old and need somewhere with elec hook up.

There is one just 10 minutes walk from the town but I can't remember for the life of me what it's called. It could be something like Aberystwyth holiday village. We stayed there last year and was around £20 a night, not the cheapest but it had a bar / (cheesy) entertainment and a pool amongst other things. Was also good because of the location of being about a mile from town centre itself (handy for not paying to park)
It was quite a busy site but seemed overall friendly.

We're booked in there for next weekend. Never been before, so no idea if that's a good thing or not
