Loose wheel nuts, wheel bearing shot, buckled rim, driver with DT's, wild smilies loose in van?

Some balancers have a "that'll do" approach.
Tyre balancing is a fine art.
Radial and harmonic forces in a spinning disc have to counter weighted precisly.
Or you just end up moving it around.

Take it somewhere else and tell them whats happening at the speed you said.

I think you already know what the problem is. You could try getting them balanced on the van which should correct any imbalance in the hub.worn discs can also contribute to wobble modern brake lathes work on the car to fix hub problems that exist from manufacture in new vehicles.

replace the 2 small rubberseals on the joint of the steering column
