They were a bit of a nightmare to get on,but after half an hour all 4 were sitting there gleaming away, went for a drive and the 2 rear hub caps decided to race me down the road
.After retreaving them from a pub car park and someones garden i decieded not to put them back on straight away, has anyone got any tips for installing them, i have painted the wheels cream, could the paint be a problem with them not fitting correctly, it was quite difficult to get the edges over the lumps on the wheels that they fit over.We go to cornwall in a weeks time and i dont really want to get down there to find i have no hub caps.
So has anyone got any tips with fitting them.
