Still sussing my van out

I have found that when it gets hot I have a bit of trouble selecting gears(stiff) any ideas

usually selection improves with warm up, when did you last change the gearbox oil?

As Bob says above ^^^

Check asap (box overheating, low oil) !

Always worth completely draining and refreshing anyway.. inspect outgoing oil (muslin cloth) and firtree on drain plug

Another reason, clutch dragging (you'll know if thats possible by feel I imagine)

and if it don't improve it may be the spigot bearing they tend to bind hot when failing

That was the first sign I should have picked up on before our 4th/5th sychro hub fell apart, sticking/dragging between 4th and 5th.
