Earth crown under dash is a good start. Otherwise you'll need to follow wires on each. Washer pump may need replacing.

When you say your wipers work, do they work when you pull the stalk forward for a jet of water? This is significant because if your wipers work then a connection is made on the steering column, if no connection is made and the wipers don't turn on then remove your horn button on the steering wheel, undo the nut to remove the steering wheel (make sure your wheels are straight so you can realign the wheel). Once you've removed the steering wheel undo the screws that hold the stalks and make sure the copper connectors are bright and shiney and not covered in gunk - clean with white spiriti if dirty, sand lightly if dull.

To check the wiring going to the pump; get someone to operate the pump while your under the van and check its receiving ~12V (make sure to tell the person operating the pump to keep the stalk held forward as thats the only time it'll be sending 12V to the pump! If 12V is going to the pump and nothing is happening the pump is dead (they seize up).The water tank/pump are located under the passsenger seat on the underside of the van, white container with a pump firmly wedged in.

Replacement pump available from GSF for ~£8

Failing that check fuses, eyeball all the wiring and make sure the nozzles/water lines aren't blocked. This can be done by removing the nozzles from under the windscreen and removing the nozzles from the tube. Syringe/blow water down the tube with the pump disconnected, if water trickles out the tube aren't blocked. Blow through the nozzles in water to see if they are clear also.

Thats some stuff to be going on with. By the way i did this not long ago and found it a ball ache getting the washer bottle back in so make removing it your last check, also make sure not to unscrew the filler neck that goes under the passenger mat as this is also awkward to get back in.

Good luck!

P.S. If its a new van do what CovKid suggests anyway as the earthing rose can sort all sort of problems out if you clean it and its easy to do, also consider replacing any rusty connectors on the wires.
