is it canvass or plastic laminated?
Any biological washing powder for canvass then you can use a vax to suck it dry.... with a wallpaper stripper for the stubborn stuff
laminated I would use a cream cleaner like jiff or CILIT BANG, Astonish.... or any mildly abrasive compound

ok well the second choice will do the job
Some use a polishing mop with the cleaner as it speeds up the process
