Hopefully not, that's a very low weight rating you have there. More suited to a hatchback car.
What a long strange trip it's been

Mine are 15". Find that 45 rear and just under 40 front seems about right. Mine aren't high rated tyres either but then I'm not carting around an extra ton of chipboard and a heavy roof. All my interior is lightweight stuff - I like the fuel economy and quick acceleration.

Tyres should be C rated or 8 ply, be warned your insurance may well be void if you fail to have roadworthy tyres on as it's probably in the T & C small print.

Assuming proper van tyres fitted, I follow the recommendation of 39 psi front and 48 rear which I am assured are the correct pressures for my westie pop top. Unless somebody knows otherwise?

Sorry mate, but as tyres are so crucial to you and your van I recommend buying the very best commercial tyres available. Don't cut corners with tyres. You and your passengers are too precious.
