Quick oil pressure question

Post by ninja.turtle007 »

Getting oil light and buzzer on JX. Plumbed in oil pressure gauge. At tickover I'm getting 21psi and at 2000rpm 44psi. Is this normal?

Thanks

JX minimum is 1.1bar @ 2000RPM so hot oil.
21PSI at idle
On wings like angels whispers sweet
my heart it feels a broken beat
Touched soul and hurt lay wounded deep
Brown eyes are lost afar now sleep xxHayleyxx

Had a drive around the block and pressure at 2000rpm went down to around 38psi. But the buzzer still came on. Am I right is saying the pressure is okay and that there is an electrical fault?

Yes electrical fault, either the senders or the light/buzzer in the dash.
