I've had a Thule one in the past with both two-bolt-flange and swan-neck mountings. Any of the brands that're popular on the continent are bound to have swan-neck fittings available, since that's one of the most popular styles in many Euro countries.

Shouldnt matter about the swan neck, we use this thule one.
It clamps over the 'ball' itself so would work fine for you.
Got our on ebay for 80 quid. Sure you could find cheaper.
