Rear offside light unit

Post by colynmac »

I noticed my rear fog light was not working. So I took out the light unit, took off the lense cover and pulled the bulb out and discovered there was no metal connection beneath it ???

You know it is there, when you put the bulb in and screw it slightly one way it meets some resistance.

Now. Do I have to replace the whole unit or is there some way to repair this.

HELLLPPP. Bercause the MOT is up soon.

Thanks

is there a reflector in the les for the fog light ? If not then it's a lhd unit - maybe someone swapped it out for you : ) and you'll need to find a s/h rhd one
