propex stuck on..

hi,Switched the propex on for the first time(just bought a camper)didnt kick in but the fan is stuck on now(wont turn off)any ideas?thanks

which model propex, red box 1600 or heatsource 2000?

which thermostat simple on/off temp control or later cold air option?

Must be a thermostat problem.
Have you opened it up and looked if anything is amiss?

I replaced mine with a mechanical thermostat from B & Q
AGG 2.0L 8V. (Golf GTi MkIII)

took the cover off,all looked ok,but not realy sure what to look for.when you turn the knob(when switched on)the green light comes on,as if that part of the thermostat is working?thanks for your help.
