Indicators and rear light clusters are just bog standard philips screws. Brickwerks do tamper resistant ones too. Grill screws are a bit special so you won't find them at B&Q

I got the grill clips from just kampers 5 for 4 quid. They sell the screws too but I used some I had.

Thk u. I have lost a couple of the blocks from the front grille.
My screws are black are they dipped in something?
Also lengths are all different! What is the standard size?

For the lights originaly they would have been metric but No 10 x 1 1/2" are easier to find, I used stainless Panhead self tappers.

Re: screws for grille and indicators and rear lights
thanks for that screwfix sell a hundred for a tenner, that makes them about 10p each! i wonder how much the local ironmongers sell singles for.
another thing, those bolts and nuts that hold the bumper on, both to the van and the side caps, your best choice, place for those? bumpers are off but the cap ones are real corroded, i might have to cut my bolts off.

Bit cheaper on ebay

For the end caps I use stainless flanged button head bolts you can use them for the bumper fixing or normal M8 bolts with the plastic covers.

thanks for that. did you use the m8 x 20 hex head yourself? and did you use m8 stainless nuts from the same trader? will get some ordered.

For the bumper fixing I used stainless hex head bolts with the original plastic caps.
Normal nuts and bolts and washers I normaly buy in bulk and keep in stock but for specialist fixings it is more economical to buy small quantities from ebay.
