So near yet so far!

Post by pocolow »

I find you never go to the beautiful places on your own doorstep and yet will drive hundreds of miles to see a beauty spot. So on Thursday with the weather so good we fancied a couple of nights away in the van ,but didn't fancy the mad Easter Rush to the coast. So we decided to visit a little site only 8 miles away near Jodrell Bank ,Strawberry Woods. http://strawberrywoodcaravanpark.co.uk/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; . Since it was so close we went around the new visitor centre at Jodrell Bank then a slap up meal at a local pub The Black Swan.http://www.onionring.co.uk/websiteholde ... estaurants" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. All in all a chilled couple of days and right on our doorstep. :D
