1983 air cooled or watercooled?

found 1983 t25 in need of an engine for sale,1.9,does not say if its air or water, any ideas?

83 is crossover year - a/c were last made in 82 (till Sept) but some weren't registered till 83 - mine made June 82, reg Feb 83
If it's quoted as 1.9 it may well be a w/c as a/c are usually called 1.6 or 2 litre (1970cc)

a/c has only one grill on front panel - w/c has the extra lower one
