where are the mounting points for the rear seatbelt
in a 1980 t25 i know the 2 lower ones for lapbelt but where is the upper one

They should be behind the upper rear air vents (i.e. the black plastic vents in the watercooled vans) take these out and the mounting is there ... IF it's got them.
