In their nieve stupidity, they mean the shogun/navara/range rooney type of thing.. (if you ask.. whats a 4x4??, 99% of peeps will say one of them)

Surely that cant be that dense as to not remember any of the syncro range of products..

text, yes, was on the phone when I got it, got side tracked, forgot.
E-mail, Michael reads them, I often look, interfear then mess up his system so they don't get replied to, think I saw it when i was on the phone, was talking with a customer, didn't really read it properly, got side tracked, forgot.
I saw an invoice and paid it.
