Hi all, never had a camper with a fridge until now.
The fridge runs on gas and 12v. the diagram on the panel shoes the settings, off,,2,3 and a pic of a flame. I can't get the dial to turn to the pic of the flame but can get the fridge to light firing it up on the 1,2,3 settings, is this correct ?.
Also, how long does it take to get down to temp aaaaand does it use gallons of gas ?
cheers, Tony

Re temp and gallons of gas - generally pretty quickly and no (assuming its LPG?) well as far as the one in my Westy is concerned.

Re: Fridges
the fridge will run on 12V ONLY when the engine is running, and it keeps the inside cool not freezing
lighting the gas is done on No.3 (with mine)
On gas mine is icy in the freezer (RM 212) after an hour
after two hours it's ready
(tip here...before use put a frozen 2L bottle of water in the fridge, it helps speed things up.)
I don't find ours using a lot of gas..as it's generally on temp 1 overnight because on temp 3 it freezes beer and butter overnight.
Do you have the RM 122? (electrolux)
