Hi everyone as the weather has started to brighten up abit
I decided to get the van ready for the summer months as I'm
Sure everyone is! One slight problem though..... I had a slight leak from My clutch master cyliner ( the clutch was working perfectly at this point) So anyway I replaced the master cylinder for a new one bled the system Thoroughly to find that my biting point is right at the floor?! I'm sure there's
No air in the system slave cylinder and clutch plate in good condition.....
Any ideas???
Why is my t25 clutch biting point right at the floor?!

Do you think there's any other way to bleed the clutch other than the normal method as I've bled the system thoroughly a couple of times with the same problem....

I must admit that I have never done it on the van.... I have read though that mist people just undo the slave cylinder nipple and let it self bleed !
Have you checked the slave cylinder? the one on the gearbox, these are prone to leaking, sometimes just into the rubber boot around the piston so its hard to see as no leakage onto the ground, but this would give the same symptoms
