sliding window query

Post by jake1953 »

Can anyone tell me what the sliding window slides on? Is it a felt channel?
Mine slides in a waterlogged gunge and needs changing. Could this be done in situ or is it a window out job?
Cheers

Theres a place in wigan. they made the sliding window for my leisuredrive and said the window would have to come out to fix it.

I'll get their details for you from the window frame if you want
