Do any templates exist for these or could someone give me some dimensions please?
These were missing when I bought my van and I am F@*%$d if I am going to shell out £140 for two pairs!

(above link for reference only) I have definately seen them quoted at this price from somewhere but I can't find them now.
Much obliged,
Rich.

I think they are £140 from VW and SN_Autohaus on ebay
Try posting a wanted ad for some 2nd hand ones.
Or try emailing wagonbuild.com

Re: Bumper Mounts / Hangers. Any templates?
Thanks for that, Cruz.
That's a good looking van, I like the colour particularly.
Can I ask something whilst I have your attention? What would you call the black splitter thing underneath your front bumper? I would very much like one but never been sure what the correct term is so that I can do some proper research into prices etc.
Many thanks.

It's a 5 piece front spoiler. Helps with the buffetting you get from lorries and wind on the motorway
Not available new and now fetch about £20 more 2nd hand than they did new. See eaby or http://www.ekmpowershop16.com/ekmps/sho ... -390-p.asp
http://homepage.ntlworld.com/georgina_s ... oiler.html
http://homepage.ntlworld.com/georgina_s ... tting.html
You need 6mm rivnuts and 6mm bolts with washers to fit the front 3 pieces (holes for rivnuts are already there and a proper rivnut tool makes the job easier) and you need to drill and self tap the two side pieces.
There are fibreglass copies around but I'm not sure how good they are, especially if you scrape a high kerb when parking
PS. Just seen some bumpe brackets for £30

Re: Bumper Mounts / Hangers. Any templates?
You beauty. Thanks a lot for your help.
I'm going to see if the Father in law wants to do a bit of fabricating for me.
Popular items, the front spoilers then eh? I thought it would be a much cheaper excercise than trying to source a big bumper kit. Those prices are absolutely ridiculous!
Thanks again,
Rich.

If you are talking about Bumper Hangers for the large (Carat) bumpers then they are available from http://www.volkswagen-classic-parts.de/shop/
They are still expensive but you only need them for the rear bumper.
They also sell the other brackets that you need.

No Titus, just the standard bumpers.
I only paid £350 for the van so I simply could not justify paying that for a bumper kit.
Cheers though

Standard Bumpers - damn I just let a set of them go for 10€.
One of the traders (Billy or Spannerboy) should be able to help you out.
Put an ask up in the Wanted area.
