any one know why i get cold air into van all the time
not from vents but from under dash kinda rear of headlight

One or more of the fresh air vent ducts could have come off
take the dash off and take a look?

or get down on the floor and look under the dash with a torch

there are a few grommets for the wiring , and some blanks for extra wires. poss one came addrift.

also any drilled holes through its life?

what year is the van?

its an 89 panel ive looked under dash cant see problem
i have replaced tubes from heater to vents but did'n slove it
it defo air from outside as gets colder at speed

check the gator round the steering col and the gearstick.....

Is your foot cold? The throttle pedal lever can be a bit draughty too.

if i put my hand under dash while on motorway i can feel the cold air seem's to be kinda
level with light's but only driver side (rhd)

that sounds like a pipe that has come off the airbox not the back of the airvent, again a rummage with a torch between the steering wheel collumn and the gearstick. For a bit better access you can remove the cover behind the gearstick
