Idles fine when warm, after a few minutes.
It's not a major hassle from a driving point of view, I'm just wondering whether it's something I should investigate?

Cheers, will check them... time to dig out the Haynes manual, for the first bit of prodding.
Re: Air cooled 2.0 not idling when cold
Update... So I spend some time peering at the Haynes manual that came with the van. Comparing their pictures with what I found in the engine bay, completely confused. And then finally realise, the manual is for water cooled... doh!
Anyone know any links to a schematics of the 2.0l Aircooled? Am I right in thinking it's twin carb? I assume the auto choke is part of the carb assembly.
(I think what I need to do is get the correct Haynes manual. e2a... shiny new one ordered!)

Hi billy. Profile duly updated. I suspect London would be a tad far - Nice to know there's such helpful people around this place.
