Blocked Radiator

high finally going to change my radiator

took it out and it is blocked as suspected

shopping list is new rad and thero

ihave tried to flush system out a few times water is clear

Question is there any where in the cooling system where silt can gather

i have had a brand new engine about two years ago so the muck cant have come from that

the coolant was total flushed back then as well

the van has plastic water pipes so the rust cant have come from them either

any ideas

Somebody must have used "rad seal" of some kind.. a big no no in T25's

poss there appears to be a sticky residue in the rad
