Hi all
I am in the process of replacing bushes for powerflex and decided it was a good a time as any to replace the radius rod bushes as well.
I got the outer bush off and plenty of corrosion there so it was the right decision but I am struggling to get the rod off so i can replace the inner. I have removed the 3 lower nuts and there is no give in the arm to drop it down. The bolts from the top are rock solid. I've thrown plenty of plusgas at it but nothing, next thing is heat but before I do, do the bolts have to come out to get the arm off?
If not any tips on getting the b*****d off.
Thanks for any help
Simon

Re: radius rod removal
I just unscrewed mine! Didn't do anything else. A hefty pipe wrench was the tool to use.
