SORTED - how to fit a 10mm gas pipe to a 8mm brass fitting?

Post by ringo »

Hi,

I need to attach a gas appliance that has a 10mm pipe connected to it, to an 8mm adapter - the type that fits into the westy BBQ port on the under slung tank.

A bit like this quick release adapter (actually, just the left part of it that can also fit in the westy tank):

I've had a look on ebay and google but i cant see anything that will convert 10mm to 8mm - or indeed a pushfit adapter that has a 10mm fitting.

Does anyone have any ideas how to solve this?

Thanks in advance,
