starter motor?

Hi all,
A couple of weeks ago ,i went to start the van up and nothing,checked battery and it was dying so i replaced it with the same type ,but even after this it still wouldnt start.Took the conectors to the starter motor off and cleaned them ,still nothing,just doesnt want to turn over at all.any ideas all?any help much appreciated.

If its not turning over at all - check the spade connector going to the solenoid it may have come off or loose. Check it with a voltmeter. Also worth doing the main earth from the gearbox to the body.

Also - have a read through the tech section - there are loads of 'starting problem' type threads been going on recently.
