when it starts up it's sometimes accompanied by a low level 'buzzer of doom' sound -
oil level fine - recently changed (with a good brand of mineral oil) - engine doesn't overheat and drives well - pressure seems to be fine -
i'm guessing it might be the switches /an electrical connection -
i've found the low pressure switch 'screwed on to the side of the crankcase' - with a green wire coming out of it -

but haven't got a clue where the high pressure switch is located -
haynes says - 'mounted on the rear face of the engine below the oil pump' -
errrr.... right... just about know where the engine is! but where's the oil pump!
i've had a root round the bottom of the engine bay - cant seem to locate a similar looking switch or wire -

any ideas?
plus where to get a good replacement switch from? and is it just a case of pulling the wiring off - undoing the old switch and putting a new one in? oil leaks to be expected?
any views or opinions welcome -
