It occurs to me that say you have tyres tread depths that are 2/3mm different from one another, if you were to increase the pressure in the worn tyre you would get the same rolling radius.
Example.... If you ran your tyres at 35psi but the greater worn one at 37psi.
Now can anyone take a educated guess (taking the weight of a T3 & a average AT tyre strength) into account would you say that 1psi would equal 1mm bigger radius? Or is there some Einstein equation to work that out?
Tyre/Tread/VC Educated (Einstein) guesses please.

I think Clive answered this one in the recent big Tight VC thread. Tyre pressure will only have a very small effect on rolling radius, but has far more influence on rolling resistance, temps across the tread and hence tyre wear.

Nah, just a foot pump, some chalk, and a tape measure.

and if you want to work it out einstein style you have to do this in your mind.

Quick and easy way to see if there is any difference in diameters with pressure is this .... Inflate tyres to correct pressures and measure from ground to hub centre - then up the inflation pressure by a few lbs and measure again. That will give you an idea if your theory is correct. Of course driving around with different pressures is silly and we all know that. This 2mm difference seems to be a Swedish Market thingy.
