Mystery factory fitted cable, I think.

Post by Cazz »

Can anybody help me identify my discovered mistery cable please.

It looks like it was installed whilst in the factory, both ends are clean cut and unconnected, it appears to never have been wired in. One end is under the dash on the off side, the other end comes through the headlining into the rear roof cupboard, the cable runs up the A post and along the corner/edge of the roof under the headling. I have taken some pics to help with identification.

Any ideas or facts would be greatly appreciated, I've wondered if it is for a rear washer and wiper?

It must be a mystery, any ideas please. It is held in the place with some little metal clamp clip things. Thanks in advance for any thoughts.

Thanks for that Aidan, I did wonder if that was the case, it would make sense. This bus is proving to be a voyage of discovery.
