coolant pipes

hi guys, as expeted my coolant pipes aint made it through the winter and finally popped the other day, now i can make some out of stainless at work and use the black pipes for the bends but i was wondering if theres a cheap alternative pref something flexy. has any1 used anything else ?

mine has rubber hose from front to back look like heavy industrial type the bloke that had it before me worked at a luxury cruise boat place !
