Towbar DIY

Hi guys,
I'm gonna manufacture my own towbar mounting, just wondering where they normally fit?(1991 t25/3 1.7diesel)

Had a look underneath and the most obvious/logical place would be to remove the bumper mounting brackets and use there fixing points. Then mount the bumper to my custom bracket.

Is this the right point to fix my tow hitch assembly?

That's how the westy ones work, never thought to look too closly at my non westy one but I think it's the same.
