will mk2 golf front seats fit into my t25???

the lastowner of my camper has fitted (poorly) a pair of ford escourt seats in the front of my van, so i need to replace them with somthig vw,

i quite like the mk2 golf front seas and wondered i anyone knows if they will fit? andare tey hard to fit?

my crrent seats are slding all ovr the placewhen driving!

The only seats that fit without alteration are caravelle seats or T25 seats.

everything else has to be cut, welded or bolted... or all three

Make sure you have the original VW runners before you buy VW , as it reads like the previous bodger may well have cut them out

wot about t4 front seats?, wll the fit onto the origional runers?

or if i buy t4 seats with t4 runners can i just remove my old runnr and bolt down the t4 runner and attach the seats to them?

nope T4's don't fit without modification.

But if you bought them you would make them fit, I'm sure it's not too difficult

Well being as both our SA's were built with MK2 Golf front seats I'd say yes...but strictly speaking they are a hybrid seat with a Golf backrest and reclining mechanism. The runners are the same as a regular T3:
