Hi guys,this is driving us nuts for several months we have had loud brake squeal from the front even under light braking have changed both calipers,both discs,both brake hoses and tried 3 sets of pads anti rattle shims are ok and fitted correctly problem is worse when we have done a few miles but not always.Van is 1983 2litre A/C any ideas before I bury it somewhere!!..........Thanks...Nick.

Copper slip on the back of the pads just a small smear
You can say alot of of things with "ar"

you could try a moly-based brake grease (not ordinary grease) to the backs of the pads..

im pretty certain that sticking a macaw in there.will make a louder squeak than you have at the moment :)
