Anyone got any experience with these units?
Im led to believe that they are digitally controlled which can prove difficult to get round?
Has anyone done it? I'm wondering if one of these might be able to be sourced from a New(ish) land/rangerover and grafted into a van somehow.....?

Best get yourself onto a landrover forum like DISCO3.CO.UK there are some people that have delved into these beasts - what I remember is that land rover ones are tied into the vehicles electronics so are a sod to use in another vehicle. Why not just use an air heater?

I thought as much.
Just looking at options really, wouldn't mind having the engine preheat option for very cold climates, been toying with the idea of underfloor heating also.....
