Hello.
After nursing my autohomes pop-top roof for 6 years or so now I think I've just about had enough. Am thinking about a Timber Technicians hard top but their site only has one photo on it that I can see. Has anyone got any photos of the timber technician roof on their T25? Any regrets from going from pop-top to hard top (can of worms I know)?
Thanks a lot

YEah I'm going to give them a call but I think they only replace the top section which is not really the bit I have the problems with (although it's getting tired). The gas struts catch slightly on the corners which are quite thin metal and gradually bend them out of shape until they tear. I think in the past it's had a knock which might have knocked it off kilter slightly. Thanks though.

That would be cool, just looking for a few pics from the outside and a couple from the inside ideally. Email is nairnski@yahoo.com, thanks a lot.

Speak to the Autovan guys, ask for Michael, as they will re-con the original parts as well as drop a new cap on.
There's some good pics on their gallery of a Komet they did.
They've quoted me in the region of £1250 which would include seals, struts etc. It's a bit pricey of course but I'm very keen to keep my van as a pop top so it's worth it for me.
