I used the same E-bay seller. I bought the 450mm wide but I can't remember how much I needed. I did miscalculate and had to buy another roll to finish the job off. It really made a big difference to the look of the interior. Just be careful with scrapping or scuffing the vinyl as its quite thin. I sometimes carry a mountain bike in the "kitchen" and there are a few tears in the cupboard doors from the pedals.

I know a supplier who might sell 3mm wood effect boards - I've been using his 12 and 15mm board for my new interior.
Here is an example of the finish. Its a light beech, he also does a slightly redder wood effect too called Pear.

You should get it somewhere....many years ago (about 18) i worked in B&Q and they sold it by the sheet...i still see vans with the company we used to get from on the road, but cannot remember what they were called - its only when i see the lorry it hits me

try www.formica.co.uk - gives a list of UK distributers. Try searching for" High Pressure Laminate" HPL

The last person I asked was a wise old owl in BnQ.
He informed that they had stopped supplying Formica sheeting, now I don't know if he meant BnQ had stopped or that formica had stopped.

I got mine from Arnold Laver in Sheffield (http://www.laver.co.uk/), they in turn, get it from International Decorative Surfaces (in Leeds – http://www.idsurfaces.co.uk/). I've ordered Formica directly from IDS before but I don't think they like dealing directly with people with single orders. Although that might not be the case anymore as all they did was ship it down to Lavers who then delivered it to me with their mark-up!
I'm sure I've heard that Travis Perkins can also get it but I haven't tried from them myself.
If you get some I'd recommend using Polymite to attach it to your construction board.
