Hi there again,
I was wondering if anybody could give me an idea of the value of my van. It was syncropaddy who asked me to put some photos up, well I've finally managed it after a couple of hectic weeks with a new born baby!
Its a T25 syncro 1600cc turbo diesel. 'D' reg. 150k miles. Has double cross axle diff locks, 15" alloy wheels with good tyres, gearbox was refurbished about 200miles ago and they fitted a new crown wheel and pinion and various bearings. Engine's fine. New centre prop-shaft, various new cv's. Some of the panels have scuffs/dents and some seams around the rear wheel arches are blistering. It will probably need a new off-side lower pannel/sill to tidy it up too. The windows are retro-fitted as the van was a Yorkshire water board vehicle. It's been stood for a couple of years but prior to that was a first time starter and daily ride. The underside is a bit scruffy but it is original, and any work that is required can be seen, as it hasn't had a layer of wax oil to camouflage it.
The camper part of the interior is in need of a re-fit. Having said that, it has curtains, cupboards a cooker and a bed.
I'm sure this van will make a 'syncro nut' very happy! I was in the process of restoring it, but with a barn conversion and now a new baby taking priority, it's time to pass it on!
The van is in Preston Lancs.
