hi i looked at the wiki for the manaul, but i still not sure where the posstive goes to wire in the 12v on the fridge, the heater element is there but nothing on the back of the switch, in the chock block any help will be nice a pic will be great thanks

Do you mean there's no 12v connection or the connection is there and you're not sure what is positive and negative?
The positive and negative polarity doesnt matter, it can be wired in either way round, if thats the problem.

That's correct as far as I know but if it puts your mind at rest this is how mine was (rather scruffly) wired up when I took it out. Red +ve on the left, black -ve on the right. Ignore the yellow circles, they're the fridge fixings.

If you have 12v electronic ignition, that IS polarity sensitive :wink:
