First time on the forum have recently bought a 1980 joker 1 and have started to try and get things working, don't seem to have any power from the 2nd battery to the tap, water pump or fridge.( Leisure battery light lights up as does water meter light) Have tested pump on seperate power supply and it works fine. The relay that fits under the drives seat does this control all the power to the camping interior, how do i know if this is faulty. Only manual I have is in german and the translations on babelfish don't make much sense. Has anyone else had similar problems could use some advice. Thanks Gill

I don't know the Joker but I would expect the relay under the seat to be your "split charge" relay. This ensures that both batteries get charged when the engine is running but isolates them when camping so you don't flaten the vehicle battery. I'm sure this is described in the "wiki" up there ^.
I would first look for a fuse box somewhere off your liesure battery.
