Holdsworth Poptop Replacement Any Ideas?

Hi again, I need to replace the PVC material on the sides my Holdsworth poptop. Is there anywhere that stocks replacements or have any of you out there had done it yourself with an alternative? I was thinking something like tent material might work but I'm not sure if it would be fit for the job. It needs to be cheap but also look passable so a tarpaulin from Wickes is out. I know there are a few places online that make replacements but I was hoping to DIY it on the cheap
