a T4 coolbox in a T3?

a T4 coolbox in a T3?
Going by the dimensions the T4 Coolbox by Electrolux [RC 1070] should fit under my backwards facing seat (back to back they shot each other) but is it advisable or has anyone else fitted this? There should be enough air in there I would have thought for the wee fan to operate?
