The crankcase pulley is wobbly on my friends DG engine, and oil appears to be coming out of it, whats behind it oil seals i suspect are they easy to change. The pulley bolt has no washer behind it and this is the reason why its wobbling as it cannot be tightened up fully. Some bodge it boy has been at it prior to my friends ownership
Any advice on removing the pulley?

undo the bolt and jemmy it off using a selection of prybars whilst trying not to damage any water pipes that lurk about. It's a bit of a b of a job insitu to change the seal as the exhaust shield is in the way, even if undone so access is pants - it's a shame that vehicle crash regs meant that the T25 didn't get a nice easily removeable rear valence panel - would have made engine servicing so much easier. I have a brand new pulley in stock if you decide the old one is u/s.
