Flipping Visor

My passenger side sun visor just won't stay up,
I've tried replacing the screw that holds it, but every time I go over a wee bump - boom - there it is down again
It's driving me mental
Single cab pickup, running 1996 Subaru WRX STI engine, Aiden talbot gearbox.

I've tried that.
Bloody thing is driving me potty, think I'll get down to the breakers and look for a spare

drive with mine down all the time, cant do with all that sky distracting.
