Big Bumper fixing

Can someone help with the fixings or photos of fixing for front and rear genuine plastic bumpers on a T25/T3. I have the bumpers but want to attach them properly.

Front bumpers should have two metal stays attatched to bumper the other fixings are available from Brickwerks.
Not sure about rear bumper though.

I have the stays which I pulled off another van - I will re weld these. I also have the hex headed bolts which are listed on BW. What about the bolts at the side of the steps?Mine is a 91 panel van with small bumper so doesnt have the correct mounts I believe.

My front bumper had two allen bolts in the front and one either side pretty much directly beneath the floor plates. Should just wiggle up a bit and then out..
The rear.... well that's giving me a headache. Theres two screws at the back and underneath and one each side underneath.. but still it wont budge!
