fit the bottom brackets on to the carry bike.

then attach the top hangers to the tail gate roughly spaced correctly

put the carry bike into place and pull up, engaging the bottom brackets under the tail gate

fit the top arms into the hangers and push the bolt through the holes when lined up with the brackets

do you foller?

thanks all for help
got in touch with agentfiamma who i purchased the rack from and apparently fiamma have changed the rubber that goes onto the top brackets and its a bit too thick on some vans, they sent me a thinner rubber and its much better.but the previous post was right you need to put bottom brackets first unlike what the instructions say.
cheers :D :D :D
